This policy applies to the Tubik mobile app. It does not apply to third-party websites you open inside the app's browser — see section 6.
Nothing reaches us directly. Tubik has no servers of its own, sends us no usage data, no diagnostics and no crash reports, and has no sign-up, no login and no user profile. Two third-party services do receive data, and only because the free version shows ads and the app sells a subscription.
Neither of them receives your music, your file names, your folders, what you played or anything you did in the built-in browser. That never leaves the device. We ourselves see only totals — how many ads were shown, how many people subscribed — never an individual.
With an active Premium subscription no ad is requested at all, so the advertising SDK makes no network calls.
This section is about the ads Tubik itself shows. Ads and trackers belonging to websites you open in the built-in browser are a separate matter and are not ours — see section 6.
Tubik stores the following inside its own app storage. It is visible only to Tubik, it is not transmitted anywhere, and it is removed when you delete the app.

Only in response to something you do. There is no background telemetry and no periodic "phone home".
None of these requests pass through servers operated by Taras Grygorovych Shevchenko, PE, because there are none. The ad and subscription requests go to Google and to RevenueCat under their own policies; the rest are between you and the site or server you asked for.
The Email developer link in the app opens your own mail app with a message pre-filled with the app version and your device model, to save you looking them up. Nothing is sent until you press send. If you do write, we receive your email address, your message and that technical information, and we use it only to answer you. We keep such correspondence no longer than needed to deal with it, and we do not use it for marketing.
The browser inside Tubik is a real browser: it runs the pages you open, including their scripts, cookies, ads and trackers. Those websites are independent of us and are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. We do not see, receive or control what they collect.
These are their ads and their trackers, not the ones described in section 2. Premium removes the ads Tubik itself shows and changes nothing about the websites you choose to visit.
You can clear everything those sites left behind at any time: Search → ··· → Clear History and Website Data. That removes browsing history, cookies, caches and site storage held by the app.
Tubik is not directed at children and has no features aimed at them. It does contain a general-purpose web browser and, in the free version, advertising, so a parent or guardian should decide whether the app is appropriate; content on third-party websites is not filtered by us. We do not knowingly collect anything from children and we do not treat the app as child-directed for advertising. Nothing about any user reaches us directly in any case — see section 2.
If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, the GDPR gives you rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. We can only act on data we actually hold, which is limited to correspondence you send us (section 5); the legal basis for handling that is our legitimate interest in answering support requests. Personalised advertising runs on your consent, given in the form described in section 4 and withdrawable at any time; the subscription check runs on the necessity of performing our contract with you. Everything else never leaves your device, so you already control it directly. If you are a California resident: passing your advertising identifier to Google for personalised advertising is sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. Declining the tracking request, or subscribing to Premium, stops it. We do not sell personal information for money.
Your files and library data live in the app's private storage, protected by the operating system's sandbox and by your device passcode and encryption. Because nothing is transmitted to us, there is no server-side copy to be breached. Network requests to websites and download servers use HTTPS wherever the remote server offers it.
Independently of Tubik, iOS and Android can send crash diagnostics to app developers if you turned that sharing on in your operating system settings. This is handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us. Such reports contain technical crash information, and we may view them in App Store Connect or Google Play Console. You can turn that sharing off in your device settings.
This is version 2 of this policy. Version 1 said that Tubik collected nothing; that stopped being true when advertising and subscriptions were added, and sections 2, 3, 4 and 8 were rewritten for it. If anything else changes — crash reporting, for instance — this policy will be updated before the version that changes it is released, the App Store privacy information will be updated with it, and material changes will be noted in the release notes. The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect.
This policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

До нас безпосередньо не потрапляє нічого. У Tubik немає власних серверів, він не надсилає нам ні даних про використання, ні діагностики, ні звітів про падіння; немає реєстрації, входу й профілю користувача. Дані отримують дві сторонні служби — і лише тому, що безкоштовна версія показує рекламу, а застосунок продає підписку.
Жодна з них не отримує вашої музики, імен файлів, тек, історії прослуховувань і нічого з того, що ви робили у вбудованому браузері. Це не покидає пристрій. Самі ми бачимо лише підсумки — скільки було показів, скільки людей оформили підписку, — і ніколи окрему людину.
З чинною підпискою Premium реклама не запитується взагалі, тож рекламний SDK не робить жодного мережевого запиту.
Цей розділ — про рекламу, яку показує сам Tubik. Реклама й трекери сайтів, які ви відкриваєте у вбудованому браузері, — окрема історія й не наша: див. розділ 6.
Перелічене нижче зберігається у власному сховищі застосунку. Воно доступне лише Tubik, нікуди не передається й зникає, коли ви видаляєте застосунок.

Жоден із цих запитів не проходить через сервери Taras Grygorovych Shevchenko, PE, бо їх немає. Запити реклами й підписки йдуть до Google і до RevenueCat за їхніми політиками; решта — між вами й тим сайтом чи сервером, який ви самі попросили.
Кнопка Email developer у застосунку відкриває ваш власний поштовий клієнт із листом, у якому вже підставлені версія застосунку й модель пристрою — щоб вам не доводилось їх шукати. Нічого не надсилається, поки ви не натиснете «Надіслати». Якщо ви напишете, ми отримаємо вашу e-mail адресу, текст листа й цю технічну інформацію, і використаємо їх лише щоб вам відповісти. Таку переписку ми зберігаємо не довше, ніж потрібно для розгляду звернення, і не використовуємо для маркетингу.
Браузер усередині Tubik — це справжній браузер: він виконує сторінки, які ви відкриваєте, разом із їхніми скриптами, cookies, рекламою й трекерами. Ці сайти від нас не залежать і керуються власними політиками, а не цією. Ми не бачимо, не отримуємо й не контролюємо те, що вони збирають.
Це їхня реклама та їхні трекери, не ті, що описані в розділі 2. Premium прибирає рекламу, яку показує сам Tubik, і нічого не змінює на сайтах, які ви вирішили відвідати.
Усе, що залишили по собі ці сайти, можна прибрати будь-коли: Search → ··· → Clear History and Website Data. Це видаляє історію, cookies, кеші й локальні дані сайтів, які зберігає застосунок.
Tubik не орієнтований на дітей і не має функцій, призначених для них. Водночас він містить браузер загального призначення, а в безкоштовній версії — рекламу, тому чи підходить застосунок дитині, вирішує батько або опікун; вміст сторонніх сайтів ми не фільтруємо. Ми свідомо нічого не збираємо від дітей і не вважаємо застосунок дитячим для цілей реклами. До нас у будь-якому разі безпосередньо не потрапляє нічого — див. розділ 2.
Якщо ви перебуваєте в ЄС/ЄЕЗ або Великій Британії, GDPR дає вам права на доступ, виправлення, стирання, обмеження обробки, заперечення й перенесення даних. Ми можемо діяти лише щодо тих даних, які фактично маємо, — а це лише переписка, яку ви нам надіслали (розділ 5); правова підстава для її обробки — наш законний інтерес у відповіді на звернення. Персоналізована реклама тримається на вашій згоді, яку ви даєте у формі з розділу 4 і можете відкликати будь-коли; перевірка підписки — на потребі виконати договір із вами. Усе інше не покидає вашого пристрою, тобто ви й так керуєте цим напряму. Якщо ви мешканець Каліфорнії: передача вашого рекламного ідентифікатора до Google для персоналізованої реклами є «sharing» для міжконтекстної поведінкової реклами в розумінні CCPA/CPRA. Відмова у відстеженні або підписка Premium це припиняє. Персональну інформацію за гроші ми не продаємо.
Ваші файли й дані медіатеки лежать у приватному сховищі застосунку, захищеному пісочницею операційної системи, а також кодом доступу й шифруванням вашого пристрою. Оскільки нам нічого не передається, немає й серверної копії, яку можна було б викрасти. Запити до сайтів і серверів завантаження йдуть через HTTPS усюди, де віддалений сервер його підтримує.
Незалежно від Tubik, iOS та Android можуть надсилати розробникам діагностику падінь, якщо ви увімкнули таке надсилання в налаштуваннях операційної системи. Цим керують Apple або Google за власними політиками, а не ми. Такі звіти містять технічну інформацію про падіння, і ми можемо бачити їх у App Store Connect або Google Play Console. Вимкнути це надсилання можна в налаштуваннях пристрою.
Це редакція 2 цієї політики. Редакція 1 стверджувала, що Tubik не збирає нічого; це перестало бути правдою, коли з'явилися реклама й підписка, і під них переписані розділи 2, 3, 4 та 8. Якщо зміниться щось іще — скажімо, додасться збір падінь, — політику буде оновлено до випуску тієї версії, разом із нею оновиться інформація про конфіденційність у App Store, а про суттєві зміни ми напишемо в примітках до випуску. Дата вгорі показує, з якого числа чинна ця редакція.
Ця політика регулюється правом України, без обмеження ваших обов'язкових прав споживача за місцем проживання.
